Standing Rules of the Guild

1. Membership size shall be limited to 200.

2. The Annual dues shall be not less than $25, prorated at the September meeting to $20 for the remainder of the year.

3. Each guest shall donate $3.00 per meeting.

4. Dues for the following year are due and payable on or before the December meeting.

5. The fiscal year shall be from January 1 to December 31.

6. Executive Board meetings are open to members of the Guild. Special Committee members may be invited to attend Executive Board meetings to make a presentation or speak on topics of interest.

7. When a member dies, a donation of $25.00 will be authorized in his/her memory to a recipient selected by the Executive Board.

8. Children and Babies are not permitted at Guild meetings. Also, No Pets are allowed unless they are certified service animals.

Common Sense

Because we are so many, we each need to make an extra effort to greet new people at our meetings and try to create a comfortable, happy and stimulating atmosphere for everyone. When the Guild formed in February 1986, we talked about meeting etiquette and made a list of rules. There are really very few rules, but they make everyone’s afternoon a little more enjoyable.
